They are 50% of the way done with this migration. This candidate will be responsible for assisting two resources on this team. One that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the mobile devices (ensuring they are up and running, etc.), and one resource allocated to the service desk to resolve issues/ escalating tickets upwards. This candidate will be working specifically with the mobile team to handle day-to-day operations, as well as assisting with the server side. They will be using Airwatch to support the device by creating profiles and troubleshooting issues. GOOD will be used to help manage calendars, contacts and emails for “bring-your-own device” devices. Not an admin role. Full understanding, how it works. Support/Engineer.
