Need a onsite coordinator for a MF team which supports multiple applications in the credit card recovery and collection area. Duties & Responsibilities: Working with client for scoping, designing for new projects Coordination between the client leads and offshore – review , prioritization, query resolution Providing quick solutions to user requests and prod issues Status reporting to client Prioritization and planning for resource utilization Position Requirements • 4-8 years of MF experience - COBOL/ JCL / VSAM and DB2 • Prior Onsite coordination experience • Ability to handle multiple tasks – development / BAU requests • Following processes and providing quick fixes to prod issues • Good communication skills Note: Preferable to have experience in CARDS domain.
