*NEED: Project Manager with Transformation* Location : Dallas, TX
Duration : 6 months v 10 years of Information Technology experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Project Management working specifically within Infrastructure v Must lead project teams and manage activities associated with projects that are typically cross-department or organizational entity-wide in scope. Projects tend to be complex and technical in nature and may last six months to more than one year in duration v Must develop key project documentation to thoroughly understand what staff member(s) and or consultant(s) are needed to complete projects – e.g., statements-of-work, change orders, project plans, issues list, risk management lists, status reports, meeting agendas, post-mortem reports, etc. v Must establish and manage a pragmatic, detailed plan (schedule) to ensure the project is executed on time and meets the goals of the sponsor v Must work with the cross functional teams to identify, articulate, and manage project risks and issues v Must drive project issues through to resolution using the methodology established in the organization and effectively manage and control project changes v Must proactively manage and direct on-site IT staff including consultants and external vendors v Must effectively communicate and advise the management team of project statuses which includes inter project dependencies, external project dependencies, and realistic timelines for completion v Develop and manage complex project plans and budgets, working with team members to understand problems, focus on bringing issues to resolution, and escalate as necessary to meet timelines v Create and deliver presentations on project goals and plans, including progress reports v Dave a detailed understanding IT infrastructure, Upgrades, Application dependencies, Data Center solutions and migration experience. v Qualifications: v Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related scientific or technical discipline v Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred v Experience with project estimating, scheduling/planning and tracking methods v Must be very experienced with Microsoft Project Thanks & Regards, *Raghavendra Gaddam*, Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc Phone: 630-242-6423 Ext: 221 !!
