v Understands how to work through end to end integrations
v Production Support: able to troubleshoot & analyze end user issues,
identifying root cause and short/long term solutions.
v Able to interact with Vendor Technical support
v Deployment experience across multiple environments
v Able to multi-task and perform in highly demanding, sometimes stressful
environment
v Strong communication skills, highly collaborative
