Lead the requirements analysis and verification to ensure the requirements are complete, consistent, concise, clear, testable, feasible, and unambiguous and they conform to standards. Work closely with the project manager to prioritize and schedule enhancements and defects for software deployments and provide work effort estimates. Use of Rational RequisitePro, PVCS Version Manager and PVCS Tracker is required to maintain the baseline or establish the baselined requirements. Experience with Rational Software Architect is desirable. Present requirements to technical reviews and change control boards. Review requirements to identify system interface impacts and document requirements for the impacted systems. Propose new product features and updates. This is a customer facing position and requires strong people skills. Education and experience: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related discipline with five years of experience in information technology, of which at least three years must be specialized in software application requirements analysis and verification With a Master’s degree. two years of specialized experience.
