Title/Role: NJDCA-Permits NJ-Product Specialist Duration: 3months Location: Trenton, NJ Rate: ALAP Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study or advanced degree Short Description: The Product Specialist is the expert for a J2EE/Sun One Studio technical development environment. Requires expertise for evaluating exsiting systems and/or new user needs to analyze, design, recommend, develop, and implement information system changes Complete Description: The contractor will be responsible for the identification, design, development, integration, and implementation of the technical platform upon which a completed application will reside. Years of Relevant Experience: 5 plus years Role Description: Demonstrates expertise in teaching/conveying technical and / or functional courses/concepts Develop appropriate work programs / budgets and use to effectively schedule tasks / assignments Identify inprovements to project standards to achieve hoigh quality services / products Ability to transition business processes into business and technical requirements Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs Works well with IT and functional areas Designs J2EE architecture Leads and directs the work of others Anticipates and resolves issues Ensures that all project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner Identify and track issues, risks and action items Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team. Develop contingency plans as necessary.
