*Position:: Business Analyst (Credit Card Experience)* *Location:: Buffalo, NY* *Duration:: 12+ Months* *Skills Required:-* • Possess domain knowledge in consumer lending origination and servicing for- personal loans, credit cards, • Be able to lead workshops with client's business and operations groups to gather requirements • Document requirements and present to business and operations stakeholders • Facilitate prioritization of requirements with the client • Possess end to end understanding of loan life cycle, business processes, technology platforms etc. • Support design and development teams in translating business requirements into functional requirements and technical specifications • Write use cases • Support estimation of development work through decomposition of functional requirements • Understanding of various regulations for consumer lending and compliance requirements *Roles & Responsibilities:-* • Gather, define and document complex business requirements and processes; • Assist with the business case • Translate and simplify requirements • Requirements analysis • Conduct JAD sessions • Prepare Traceability Matrix • Assist functional testing • Effectively communicate project information to business stakeholders and management • Create and/or manage project plans, supporting Project Managers; • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to define project requirements, update teams about the progress of projects and resolve any issues that may arise • Delivery of analysis in well documented presentations • Ability to coordinate with professionals and managers from approved vendors to meet changing deadlines.
