You will quickly absorb complex, ambiguous concepts and rapidly organize them into a structured solution. You construct high-level product epics and features. Incorporate your Agile experience navigating the SDLC and pull from your experience using Scrum, Lean, Kanban, TDD and/or XP to ensure success. You craft a product backlog that clearly articulates all aspects of the user requirements and define well-formed acceptance criteria. You work with clients and team members creating product release plans and Definition of Done statements. You will also estimate client requirements and create proposal artifacts. Coordinate communication between development teams and client stakeholders regarding goals, requirements and business needs. Required Skills You WILL DO THE FOLLOWING Lead Agile ceremonies with distributed design and development teams Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients Be the primary resource for questions about the details of the projects through interaction with internal resources, clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements Collaborate with the development team to define, design, accept and adapt features; ensure each iteration delivers expected result Develop features into user stories that are granular enough for a sprint and convey the goals and vision of each sprint Work with design and development teams to create user interface wireframes, mockups and prototypes Facilitate Lean requirements gathering workshops with clients Required Experience MUST HAVE Agile Methodology experience, working with Product Owners and Srum Masters BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience Strong experience and understanding of web and mobile development technologies and trends Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills Ability work with offshore teams.
