Follow up with client and get design review, test plan review and code review completed on time. Similarly, follow up with offshore to get the feedback addressed on time. Provide direction and guidance to offshore team on next steps of work. Technical Solutions: Provide technical resolution to issues when needed. Take over complex and critical works which needs coordination and customer advice. Skills: Proficient in Documaker Studio 12 and XSLT.
