Responsibilities include: 1. Oversight and day to day management of all PMs/projects within the program. 2. Working closely with PMs and stakeholders to ensure that project goals, objectives, budget and timelines are met. 3. Communication via status reports and project presentations as necessary for senior management. 4. Ensuring that project plans, schedules, risk matrices and other PDLC documentation is prepared and maintained as necessary. 5. Role requires strong management, analytical, written, verbal, people, and organizational skills, experience delivering enterprise-level initiatives, ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining regular to frequent status updates to Program Manager and/or multiple governance structures. Background must include Portal deployment in the Banking or Financial Services arena. Experience must include stakeholder management at all levels of an organization, offshore resource management, direct project financial management, and not fewer than 10 years of full lifecycle project management in technology.
