*Job Description:*
Client is seeking an ITIL Change Management Analyst to oversee daily Change
Management activities. The Change Management Analyst serves as the tactical
and operational analyst for the ITIL Change Management processes in the
production, development and test environments.

The candidate must have knowledge and understanding of the ITIL change
management process. They will oversee and facilitate the production Change
queues in change management tool. This includes managing daily operational
workflows as well as medium and long term initiatives, along with
communicating and reporting activities to other internal departments and
customers.

*Overall Responsibilities*
•   Daily support of the change request queues in the ITSM tool
•   Review all Requests for Change (RFCs) in the assigned change request
queue. Focus on accuracy, syntax, completeness, potential conflicts and
compliance with current Change Management policy. Work with submitters &
management to make modifications & corrections to requests
•   Responsible for ensuring all Changes are recorded, completed and
appropriately resolved per the established process and procedures
•   Work closely with the Change Manager to maintain and update the Change
Management processes and procedure documentation
•   Verify changes have been presented to CAB
•   Review and route all non-GxP changes (approximately 40-60 changes per
month)
•   Coordinate all approvals of non-GxP changes
•   Work with release team to ensure that all changes for a release has
been approved
•   Work with applications support and Client technical teams on entering
changes properly
•   Send out email notifications of approved changes
•   Coordinate emergency / urgent change review and approval (approximately
5-10 per month)
•   Coordinate non-GxP change closeout with AMS and Client technical team –
ensuring procedures and compliance requirements are met (approximately 40
changes per month)
•   Ensure documents are updated per approved change
•   Identify potential improvement opportunities and when assigned, drive
and implement process improvement initiatives
•   Perform data extraction and create reports for metrics, audit and
informational purposes
•   Handle ad-hoc requests for Change Management status or one-time
information retrieval/reports
•   Handle general communications throughout the workflow as needed to
ensure Change Management priorities and initiatives are properly
communicated.
•   Schedule all Change Control Board (CCB) meetings
•   Manage Change Management distribution lists

*Skills and Experience:*
•   3+ years experience with ITIL Change Management in an pharmaceutical,
eCommerce or SaaS environment
•   Recent experience performing analysis / analytical thinking in an IT
environment
•   Strong experience using BMC Remedy v7.x or HP’s ITSM Management tool
•   Must be self-directed and show initiative
•   Excellent writing, reporting and verbal communication skills is a must
•   Strong skills with Microsoft Excel
•   Be able to relate and implement ITIL/ITSM principles to daily work,
tasks and projects
•   The ideal candidate will be familiar with PMI or Prince2 project
management methodology

*Education: *
•   Bachelors degree or equivalent in management information systems,
computer science, engineering, business and/or related field is desired
•   Minimum of ITIL Foundations Certification, with ideal candidates
holding ITIL Intermediate or Practitioner certifications
