6 Month Contract
This resource will be working in the Oracle Financials area, the includes
the creation of a data mart to prepare data for processing . The mart is an
Oracle Database.
Oracle Data Architect - Responsibility
· Have 10+ years experience designing / developing Oracle databases,
with a focus on data marts
· Knowledge of ETL tools and their impact on database design
· Ability to understand business requirements and related impact on
database design
1. Design detail, aggregated, and reporting schemas and tables for
commission-related data
2. Design views to enforce security rules
3. Design schedule for processing files, purging data, running
aggregations, etc.
· Ability to tune Oracle databases for peak performance
· Ability to mentor and coach technical team members in best practices
related to Oracle database design and development, per above
· Create detailed technical design document to development activities
Oracle Data Architect – Role
Collaborate with other technology professionals (Solution architects, DBAs,
Developers) to design and build a data mart that will serve as the staging
area (land, transform, aggregate, and report) for an Incentive Compensation
tool implementation. This role is being filled to provide the team with
expertise specific to Oracle Database technology and design and development
best practices related to the scope defined above
