You will be the main point of contact for your clients Web Analytics deployments. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with tools that boost in-house power and efficiency with data analysis and reporting. *Your responsibilities may include:* · Demonstrate Developing expert level knowledge of Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics · Communicating the above knowledge to clients in terms that are easy to understand and relevant to their business needs. · Delivering and explaining Web Analytics solutions, provided by our engineers, to the client. · Consulting with clients as an expert in the use of Google Analytics/ Adobe Analytics, third-party, and related technologies. · Maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving existing analytics installations. · Designing and building custom reports to meet the needs of clients and internal teams. · Performing other duties as assigned by the Analytics Team Manager *Essential Qualifications* · Effectively communicate complex ideas to client contacts and internal team members, both orally and written. · Ability to interpret data and analyze results to generate insights. · Excellent client service skills. · Solid time management and project management skills. · Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills. *Preferences* · Experience with web analytics software and processes. · Ability to interpret data and analyze results to generate insights.
