Complete Description: - The Product Specialist must have experience in development and design of programs in similar size and scope of that of NJ that support federally funded human services programs, with sound knowledge of Food Stamps, TANF, NJ OneApp and NJ Family Care. ROLE DESCRIPTION: - Interact and work with business users to analyze requirements. Provide updates and project overview at various forums and end user committee. - Update the executive management on project status - Maintain MS Project Plan for all tasks. - Design, develop, test, implement and maintain the NJ One App application. - Include Food Stamps, FamilyCare and TANF into one online application. - Design the database architecture, tables and stored procedures for OneApp - Develop/update screens, components, database for public assistance programs(Food Stamps, TANF, NJ FamilyCare program) - Design and develop Address Verification Process/Service using USPS Address verification API to standardize and determine the County of client address. - Design, develop and implement Automated Reminder Call Process/Service by integrating the application with Avaya Interactive Voice Response System (IVR), in order to send Automatic Reminder Call to the applicant with the Local County Welfare Office interview date and time one day before the scheduled appointment. - Design and develop Data Pass Process/Service to feed data from NJHelps to OneApp. - Integrate Program Eligibility Verification Logic of NJHelps into OneApp. - Update the existing reports according to new design and develop various reports like Numbers Report for NJHelps and OneApp, Feedback Report etc. - Train end users. - Provide the Technical and End user Documentation. - Post implementation support and maintenance. Skill level(s) required: Ideal candidate should have experience in development and design of programs in similar size and scope of that of New Jersey that support federally funded human services programs that include, NJ One App, Food Stamps, TANF and NJ FamilyCare programs. Sound knowledge of Food Stamps, TANF and FamilyCare applications. Skilled in N-tier Web based application using ASP.NET and C#, Webservice development and implementation, report development using Crystal Reports.
