Required requirements: CRM 9.0 (Support, Sales/Marketing and Help Desk modules) This application is being expanded to include the functionality of the legacy Wachovia application. The gap analysis is being completed and now they need to start implementing the enhancements. It is a fully funded project and this position is slated until 12/2010! The manager needs someone who knows PeopleSoft CRM inside & out, specifically the Support, Sales/Marketing and Helpdesk modules. This person will be responsible for turning the business requirements into functional specifications and creating the technical documents. They will also be doing code review and working with the configuration team. They will be the primary contact between the business units and the technical team. Position may sit in SF as well but MN is preferred... Phone screen okay for relocating candidates but in person will be required prior to offer! PeopleSoft Architect/Lead High Level Solutions Architect/Functional Lead for 18 month project to build out existing PeopleSoft CRM (9.0) instance to accommodate additional users and functionality. Resource will complete analysis to identify best way to achieve business needs. This will require in-depth functional knowledge of PS CRM 9.0 (Support, Sales/Marketing and Help Desk modules). Extensive experience with integration broker, Active Analytics Framework, system configuration and security. Resource will create high-level technical specifications for complex system changes, review detailed designs, participate in planning sessions with business and technology resources, aid in troubleshooting, conduct code reviews and possibly develop some complex functionality.
