Looking for a Sr. SAS Administration professional to add to successful SAS team. There is a high probability of ongoing extensions within the team as a consultant and if the perfect candidate would be successful. This candidate will need to have Lead/Mentor experience as they will be interacting with less experienced Administrators and Developers. The perfect candidate will need to be personable, approachable, and able to adapt to ever changing projects. Requirements: 1) Provide backup support of SAS Administration in a 24x7 support environment of UNIX servers. a. Must have understanding of supporting BASE SAS on UNIX servers running Operating Systems AIX or Solaris 2) In-depth installation and Admin support for a. BASE SAS i. Versions: 8.2, 9.1.3, 9.2 b. SAS Access (Oracle, DB2, SQLSERVER, ODBC, xOLE-DB, ORACLE , Sybase) c. SAS Macros d. Creating and maintaining Scripts e. Added Bonus i. Good knowledge of SAS BI ii. Knowledge of SAS Monitoring 3) Added value towards knowledge of a. Investigating and resolving SAS coding and hardware issue i. RAM, code, disk storage, b. Work well in a team c.
