Job description *Management of all F5 Systems* o Reporting and metrics (Tickets, Availability, etc.) o Backup of systems o 8x5 EST coverage – daily Operations o Day to Day Operations o F5 project Support and Implementation o F5 Hardware installations and Decommissioning o Campus Cabling o Monitoring of alarms and alerts using Solarwinds and Enterprise Manager o Provide the ability to write complex iRules o Monitor Request and Incident Ticketing Queues o Engineering and building new solutions o Request, Manage and Apply SSL Certificates o Troubleshoot F5 related issues and incidents o Manage and Implement F5 GTM and LTM requests o Ensure proper maintenance/support coverage o Implement F5 Best Practices o Maintain recommended F5 code versions and patching levels o Provide Architectural oversight for the F5 Platform and requests o Provide support during maintenance windows and weekend/afterhours cutovers o Maintain the F5 Enterprise Manager Server o Automate F5 requests when possible o DNS Administration for F5 load balanced applications (QIP/Infoblox) o Implement and Support new F5 products such but not limited to Access Policy Manager, *VIPRION Migration Experience * o Support and install physical and virtual F5 systems o Hardware lifecycle and upgrades (upgrade to Viprion platform – o Build-out new F5 environment.
