An individual with a broad background of experience in *performance* and * capacity* *management* is preferred. A *PPEM* *Analyst* must have the ability to support the infrastructure for *Proactive* *Performance* *Engineering* and *Modeling* by using a proactive and holistic approach to provide the *Capacity* *Management* disciplines of performance and capacity services to applications from an end-to-end perspective.
