Position : PeopleSoft Payroll - Union Contract Analysis
Location: SAINT LOUIS, MO
Duration: 2-months, may extend
Job Description:*
•This resource will be required to analyze union contracts.
•They will conduct a gap analysis for the time and payroll impacting
components of the contract and compare them to the Symphony T&A Kronos
solution and the Symphony PS Payroll solution.
•The gaps can be against the application, reports, interfaces,
configuration, process or even conversion.
•Once the gaps are identified, they would be accountable for determining
the RICEFW or Configuration change inventory and estimating the effort.
•They will need to conduct meetings and/or workshops as required.
*Skills Required: *
•Analytical skills PeopleSoft payroll expert
•Experience with fit/gap analysis
•Experience with functional design
•T&A and Payroll expert
•Kronos knowledge a plus Peoplesoft configuration expert
•Experience with workshops
•Knowledge of unions Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
