Title: Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Length: 6 Months+
LOCALS ONLY
70% PM and 30% Technical
Technical Skills –
1. Networking - WAN, Telecom, wireless, circuit and data center
connectivity
2. Communications - Voice, Video/Telepresence, Contact Center
3. specific experience project managing Tandberg implementation,
operations, architecture/ design (primary)
Project Management Skills
•5+ years enterprise IT project management experience
•2+ years of hands-on managing global infrastructure projects a must
•Prior Cisco/IT experience a plus
•Cisco/IT Demand Clearing hands-on experience a plus
•Experience with Cisco Enterprise products a plus, such as UCS, Nexus,
Unified Communications
•Service provider experience a plus
•Working knowledge of project management tools and project life cycle
process
•Superior written, verbal, and listening skills
•Ability to build trust and create cross-functional and
cross-geographical collaboration and synergistic opportunities
•Demonstrated experience and expertise in project budget management
•Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
multiple and competing responsibilities
•Ability to create project timelines to support change, communications
and training deliverables.
•Ability to understand how various local efforts fit into the direction
of the global team and corporate strategy
PMP or Six-Sigma certification is a plus, but not required.
