Position: QA Analyst with ALM Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12-18 Months Contract * *Max Rate: $40/hr on C2C or 1099 * * * *Must Have ALM experience * * Required: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a software quality assurance 2+ years using ALM or Quality Center. IN support of the LoanIQ application responsible for creating test plan, test cases, traceability matrices, and test execution. Documents all phases of the Systems QA process. Provides test results/status to QA Lead/project teams. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Solid test strategy expertise including innovative test approaches. Experience with different types of testing, i.e. functional, nonfunctional, integration, regression, database/backend testing. Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life cycle including Functional & Nonfunctional Test Phases. Excellent attention to detail The ability to work and team effectively with team members and other management personnel across geographies Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change Proven experience managing complex test programs with multiple projects/ work streams. Can work with little direction.
