We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows Title: QA with .Net and IIS and Java and SQL Needed Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Duration: 18+ months Need ASAP *Job Description:* Basic Qualifications 5 + years application QA experience. Minimum Qualifications •Proven experience with latest .NET platform and Microsoft IIS and Java applications and related back-end systems. •Proven strong SQL and PLSQL (back-end) testing experience with Sybase Oracle and SQL databases •Proven experience performing integration testing, defect tracking and management •Proven experience writing detailed test plans for complex projects •Proven strong communication skills through speaking engagements, internally and externally. •Strong technical documentation skill is also required. •Ability to transfer knowledge to key members of the team and act as a value-added resource •Excellent attention to detail, analytical and troubleshooting skills; highly organized •Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in managing QA tasks •Strong communication skills – both written and oral.
