This individual will possess a comprehensive understanding of the overall Data Policy and related strategies to advise, educate, and partner with those who will look to enhance, extend, or consume data from it. The Architect will be responsible for the strategic direction and relative development activities that evolve QlikView to meet the organization's current and future information needs. * Develop, maintain, and enhance guidelines for QlikView applications * Develop, maintain and continually enhance a strategy around QlikView Data (QVD) files * Partner with other technical teams to develop security standards for QlikView applications and the usage of QVD files * Participate in design reviews of prototypes, and applications ready for production * Develop solutions to leverage existing security/data models used by other technologies (Oracle, Informatica, IBM, Microsoft, etc.) * Develop a solution/framework for provisioning data for consumption by business users who create QlikView applications * Communicate and perform training related to architecture standards * Act as the QlikView subject matter expert and assist developers with complex technical challenges * Optimize QlikView script files for performance * Gather, document, and distribute business and technical requirements * QlikView Dashboard Design & Development * Advanced scripting and ETL, data modeling (star schema); * Working with large data sets; * Integrating data from multiple data sources into a QlikView Data Model; * Use of complex QlikView functions and developing most optimal scripts for a given solution * Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases and Dimensional Modeling * Optimization of data model for performance * Must have developed enterprise applications for use in production environments * Intimate familiarity Set Analysis & all charts and graphs to determine best one to use for a given business situation * Creating complex expressions for dynamic aggregation * Actions and triggers, Document Chaining & linking experience * Publisher and Server experience preferred but not required * QlikView Certification preferred * 5-10 years delivering Business Intelligence Solutions Thanks & Regards *Shilpa * IT Recruiter.
