Job Description:
. Maintain integrity of SAP FI/CO modules through solutions
supported by SAP and interface applications to meet business requirements of
all complexity levels with:
o Production support
o Augmentation of existing processes
o Implementations for additional locations
. Work with the business teams to develop and maintain the necessary
SAP configuration in support of business process requirements
. Assume a high level understanding of the organization's business
models and system configuration and design
. Identify and recommend solutions to fill system gaps
. Deliver detailed design specifications for system solutions
. Perform SAP configuration
. Develop any new user documentation and conduct user training
. Document functional design specifications for required ABAP
programming to meet business requirements
. Fully integration test delivered solutions across system modules
and functional areas
. Develop implementation plans and lead teams involved in cutovers
and enhancements
. Provide cross-functional problem determination and resolution
management
Required Skills:
. BS in Accounting, Computer Science/MIS, or technical field
required
. Thorough knowledge of multiple SAP FI/CO modules (AP, AR, AA, PS,
CO, CO-PC, CO-PA, New G/L, Material Ledger) required
. Knowledge of EC-CS, AP Imaging / OCR desirable
. Demonstrated expertise in SAP applications including configuration
of a module to perform a business process, relationship/integration points
with other modules, data hierarchy/management, and troubleshooting/problem
solving
. Ability to concurrently handle multiple tasks with conflicting
priorities
. Demonstrated project management skills
. Capable of influencing and advocating change
. Ability to effectively set expectations and deliver results
. High degree of self-motivation, excellent communication and
interpersonal skills (verbal, written, electronic)
. Ability to think in strategic, conceptual terms
. Strong technical documentation, problem solving and analytical
skills and working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Project, Visio, Excel,
Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Required Experience:
. At least 5 years' experience as a systems analyst and one full
cycle SAP implementation required
. Ability to travel 10% - 20% with some international
