Rate : open This would be a 3-6 months long engagement, supporting client’s current 7.0 ITSM on 7.5 ARSystem environment till December and possibly longer, when they move to 7.6.4. The position is backfilling for production support and is not expected to be involved in development or the upgrade work. This position is part of the commercial application team and is responsible for the support of Remedy ITSM application. Position works with the IT Management, business personnel and team members to discuss requirements and receive assignments. Required Skills · Experience with Remedy ITSM 7.x (including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change and Release Management, Asset Management, Service Level Management.) · Strong ability with Action Request System development, and knowledge of best practices to customize ITSM. · ITIL v3 Certification. · Experience with Atrium Configuration Management Database (CMDB), including populating it via Atrium Integration Engine (AIE) and the Reconciliation Engine. · Experience with Service Request Management (SRM) 7.6 and setting up a Service Catalog. · Experience with BMC Analytics and Business Objects XI. · Knowledge of Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM.) · Understanding of best practices for populating foundation data. · Must be able to share in on-call, rotational application support responsibilities. · Must have excellent written and oral communication skills · Candidate must be able to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment and be comfortable working directly with customers.
