Responsible for providing 24x7 on-call application support for the Business Objects XI platform and Crystal Reports as part of the Business Intelligence team within the Data Services Organization. This role will be part of the team providing day-to-day support with emphasis on maintaining the stability and availability of the Business Objects XI platform and providing expertise on report tuning against multiple DB Platforms. Work closely with Business Objects vendor, the Business Users, and other IT team members to apply software upgrades and enhancements to the Business Objects XI environment.
