PM is the individual ultimately responsible to the agency. The PM’s primary responsibility is to drive the entire effort from start to finish. The job responsibilities will include the development of new call centers, supporting the current call centers, resolving problems reported by our call centers, maintenance of hardware associated with the call centers, ensuring each system is backed up properly, suggest ways to enhance our productivity with the new system, Support the predictive dialer, communicate effectively with Unisys and Avaya support personnel and mentor the current revenue staff on the systems. They must have good people skills since they will be dealing with each of our call center personnel.
