Rate is negotiable and depends on experience and qualifications. *Please be advised that Candidates need to meet the minimum qualifications as outlined in the advertisement.* Please continue to submit resumes until you are informed that the window for accepting resumes is closed. *Need 13+ years consultant* *End Client/Project : Miami Dade County Public Schools, Miami FL * Position Opening : ERP Configurer/Analyst, Miami, FL. *Work Locations : Miami, FL (Specific Location to be determined).* *Anticipated Start Date: To begin ASAP* *Length of Contract: 2 to 6 Months.* *Project Description: *SAP AP/AR Configuration Analyst, *(See Requirements below!)* ** - Liaison with the development and business teams to discuss, design and configure robust/efficient solutions - Evaluate and analyze functional specifications submitted by functional teams - Create, execute and document configurations based on the functional specifications - Test and support of complex configuration solutions to meet requirements - Document every step according to the M-DCPS project adopted standards - Build configurations in FI modules Accounts Payable "AP" and Accounts Receivable "AR" according to M-DCPS business requirements - Experience in Payment Method Configuration, Dunning, AP/AR Master Data and Open Item Processing - Assist in completing Unit Tests of Configuration and RICEF, including workflows - Assist in Performing BPP’s on transactions and RICEF’s - Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new configurations and process for M-DCPS - Assist in gap analysis between M-DCPS requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP - Review M-DCPS process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible - Identify needs for application configuration, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team - Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications - Receive and resolve configuration defects and/or change requests - Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered - Report delays and risks to team leads - Assist in developing and updating detailed team project plan · Adhere to ERP PMO project standards * * *Must complete and submit the following Skills Matrix with your # of years experience along with Resume * *Consultant Skills Matrix* *Qualifications*** *# Years Experience* - At least 5 years experience as an SAP Techno-Functional analyst/configuration analyst with at least one full lifecycle (end-to-end) SAP implementation. ( AP/AR Specifically) - Solid SAP configuration experience in both ECC and Netweaver platforms - Implementation experience in SAP version ECC 6.0 - Solid Financial Process (AP/AR) Background - Public Sector required; K-12 experience preferred - Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus - SAP development experience a plus (User Exits, Workflows, etc.) - Detailed knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools; SAP Solution Manager, ASAP, IMG, Business Navigator is desirable - Experience in the Public Sector is strongly desirable - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to write detail technical specifications - Ability to debug and find out the root cause for exceptions - Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively - Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively - Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a variety of business and technical partners *The above template must be completed!* * * *Must complete and submit the following references template along with Resume and skills matrix.
