Please reply at chris.br...@panzersolutions.com Position : SAP CRM Data/Functional Analyst Location : St. Paul MN Contract : 6 month Contract to perm EAD Green Card and US Citizen ONLY *Must-haves :* Experience setting up a data quality management environment in a CRM system with primary focus on keeping Account and Contact data clean. 2+ years experience with various CRM systems including Oracle CRM-on-Demand or Siebel Enterprise or SalesForce.com. Experience in configuring data quality management tools in CRM 7.0 to do address validation and duplication checks. Minimum 2 years SAP CRM data management, configuration or development experience, familiarity with SAP CRM Accoutn, Contact, Product and Org Structure. Experience with design and configuration of data unloads and loads leveraging associated tools (SQL, LSMW, ELM, Informatica, etc) 1+ years of development experience using Java, XML and Web Services. Effectively participate in virtual team, global, distributed teams. Comfortable with ambiguity, active inquiry skills, strong written communication skills. Must be Green Card holder or US Citizen. Able to work Mon-Fri on-site. Able to work non-traditional ours when requested. Bachelor's degree *Plusses * Experience with SAP CRM Report Design and Development. BI/BW- Experience with SAP BI/BW reporting environment and reports. SAP CRM Interactive Reporting. End User and CRM Admin Dashboard creation. *Day-to-Day* Design and implement a Data Quality Management integration and tool for use in pro-active (inline) and reactive data (batch or user initiated) quality management in the SAP CRM environment. Provide support/expertise for data cleansing and conversion activities in SAP CRM including data extraction (ex. from Oracle CRM-on-Demand), data profiling, mapping, and validation. Create funcitonal designs and functional configuration work in SAP CRM.
