*SAP CRM Technical Design specialist/ Lead Developer* Duration: 12 months+ Atlanta, GA Senior *SAP* *Technical* CRM Design specialist/Developer needed to serve on a large distributed (~65 consultants) Application development team. This team is responsible for Technical architecture, Strategy, processes, tools, design, development & testing for large SAP implementations/roll-outs. As a senior member of the team, this position will require to: · Guide/help Market-to-Order (MTO) team in the planning and solution design · Guide CRM developers in *technical* configuration, development, testing · Develop hands-on as needed *Duties will include, but are not limited to following areas and activities: * -Planning, design, development, testing and release of custom objects -Develop technical architecture, strategy and guidelines documents -Participate in CRM solution design -Provide Development Effort Estimates -Technical Specification Document and Development Delivery Tracking -Test Problem Report (TPR) Resolution and Tracking *-*Go hands-on as needed * * Additional responsibilities: mentoring other CRM developers. *Required:* · At least 7 years of SAP experience in *3 full lifecycles involving SAP CRM technologies* · Strong understanding and knowledge of all aspects of SAP CRM technologies in custom namespace in a *Global/Local development landscape*. · Strong Architecture and hands-on Design/development/Administration experience in areas of *CRM WEB UI* · Familiar with *CRM IPC user exit* · Strong hands-on Design/development experience in areas of *Easy Enhancement Workbench(EEW) and Application Enhancement Tool (AET)* · Strong Understanding of *CRM Business Object Layer(BOL)/Generic Interaction Layer (Genil)* · Strong *CRM Middleware* development and enhancement · Good understanding of *CRM interaction center and Trade Promotion Management* processes · Prior cross-technical team integration · Prior experience with business systems installations, conversions and interfaces · Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills · Experience in contributing in a team environment and someone who is skilled and not afraid to go hands-on as needed · Flexible, easily adaptable to change, and effectively handle a fast paced environment *Nice to have:* · Knowledge of Interfacing technologies ALE / IDOC, Enterprise Service and Web service · BI/SEM planning layout exit development, CRM Key figure planning enhancement knowhow · Adobe flex knowledge with action script Thanks & Regards Murthy N.
