SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2008 R2 Report Builder 3.0/greater SQL Server 2008 Understands the server-side environment of SSRS, how to deploy reports onto the server, how to manage data sources, subscriptions, permissions. Understands multi-dimensional data, and how to roll up and sub-total data. Understands when to use Report Builder groupings and rollups, and when to use stored procedures, to aggregate data. Strong sense for visual format and data layout strategy on the report, when and where to use font changes properly, and how to show detail, subtotal, and total row layouts. *Plusses* Understands source code repositories, how they help a development team, and can help us store the SSRS report RDL files in our repository, TFS. *Role *Review high level use cases and mocked up example with BA. Create detailed design based on requirements by reviewing design from vendor for Billing reports, research available data elements in Billing System and Data Warehouse and document detailed design. Recommend data base design changes as needed. Build/test new reports using MS Reporting Services from Billing database and Data Warehouse. Support QA testing efforts to resolve all defects as quickly as possible. Collaborative - team player - communicate - work well with people Works in open work environments 45 hours/week minimum.
