Location* **Milwaukee, Wisconsin*** Duration *6 months*** Rate *Max 40$* * * Principle Accountabilities The Technical Developer role includes the following additional generic activities: - Working with colleagues to ensure the technical solution aligns with Client's architectural guidelines - Ability to effectively work in small teams and application of good communication and documentation skills with peers and project management. - Working alone or as part of a team, analyzes the underlying issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems, and identifies available options for consideration. - Applies available standards, methods and tools in an intelligent and effective way, and produces a consistently high standard of documentation. - Arranges, prepares and conducts meetings, workshops and presentations as required for a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating consistently high qualities of communication skills. Experience and Qualifications required - Minimum 5 years experience working in the areas of principle accountabilities listed above - Ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed, diverse environment - Effective at working within various levels of ambiguity - Experience leading a technical design and implementation team - Experienced in working with globally distributed virtual teams on - Experience defining and implementing large scale enterprise solutions - Strong interpersonal/communication skills, both oral and written. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize work, and deliver against deadlines. - Builds and maintains strong relationships with leaders, customers, and team members. - Work well in a team, but comfortable working independently - Pro-active - Highly motivated and energetic - Eagerness to learn, change, improve, and innovate - Takes ownership of problems - Experience working in Identity Management and Financial Controls Environment preferred - Experience in web application design and implementation Please send me the profiles with the exact match only.
