*Title: * *Senior Business Analyst*
*Location: *Charlotte, NC
*Duration: 1*2 months
*candidates must be senior leads.* There are three openings

*Responsibilities:*
· Responsible for conducting end to end data analysis from source
systems to Commercial models to the Capital Calculator
· Drives requirements development to achieve Basel II compliance
· Leads assessments for Operational, Interface, Database and
Application levels
· Documents internal and external interfaces as necessary
- Participates in data quality management policy and guideline
development; adheres to requirements standards and related processes
· Participates in Commercial source to target mapping and lineage
documentation
· Executes Data Governance processes / projects and adheres to
related policies for Commercial
*Level Scope:*
· Work is project-oriented and actual tasks must be defined by
employee
· Understands company goals and practices and applies them when
resolving a variety of problems
· Receives only general instructions on new work
· Uses judgment and creativity and sound technical knowledge to
obtain and recommend solutions
· May interface with senior management to convey information.
*Education and Experience:*
· BS and 4 + years or equivalent
· Basel I and II experience required
· Commercial Credit experience required
· Audit experience highly desirable
*Capabilities:*
1. Knowledge of the business requirements definition (RD) processes
and requirements documentation methods and tools
2. Knowledge of conceptual and logical modeling
3. Ability to coach and mentor other lower level business requirements
analysts
4. Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business
and systems processes in problem analysis
5. Ability to understand and apply company policies, standards,
controls and procedures to business process and systems management
