*Contract: Long-term, 9-12+ months with extensions* *Phone then Face to Face* *Responsibilities* Reporting to the Director of Applications within Digital Technology @ Putnam, this position will assist in implementing a Data Warehouse and Master Data Management for Customers Domain. The candidate will be responsible for business analysis and project management. The project is to implement a Master Data Management solution, as well as to implement changes to the Customer Data Warehouse data structures. This position has heavy business interaction and responsibilities that include: Working closely with Sales and Marketing business staff to define project deliverables. Initiative prioritization. Establishing and executing project plans. Systems requirements and testing. Overall delivery coordination. Proactively seek to improve day-to-day efficiency and automate activities wherever possible. *Business / Technology Know-How *This candidate must possess seasoned, hand-on, successful experience in managing the key business functions required for this job. Good understanding of clients' market dynamics and act as a consultant to clients for planning, execution and measurement of online marketing efforts. Strong Asset Manager product business knowledge. Experience working closely with financial service operational areas Successful project management experience.
