*Location: Providence, RI* *Duration:4 months* *General characteristics:* Responsible for documenting the "to-be" processes, defining performance metrics and identifying and resolving process gaps. Has a strong understanding and experience in ERP methodology, including package selection. Responsible for mapping the business processes to ERP module and participates in user acceptance testing. Required to take new business process and configure new solution using standard package process and data models. Experience creating documentation and training materials, as well as training delivery during implementation. Will act as system support immediately after implementation. Incumbents in this position come from the business, with an expert level of understanding of all of the business processes of the function they represent. They also serve as a communications liaison to the business during the implementation. *Experience:* Typically has 3 to 5 years of ERP implementation experience in financial applications. Person must also be able to rapidly educate themselves on all aspects of new ERP system. Individual must be able to configure the system to a prototype stage quickly. Exposure to open source ERP desired.
