*JOB DESCRIPTION* *Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator/Developer* *Location: Des Moines, IA* *Duration: 6 Months* *Interview Type: In person* *Rate: Open on W2/C2C* The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will participate in development and integration of ServiceNow to align with the organization's IT service management process strategy. The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will: provide analysis of problems while working toward solutions to technical issues; deploy new releases and/or enhancements into the ServiceNow environment; maintain and support ServiceNow operational functions; jointly perform system and integration testing; and is responsible for creation and documentation of user test cases. The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer maintains an understanding of ServiceNow modules and a good knowledge of ServiceNow Software licensing functionality. This person will Provide ServiceNow configuration and customization assistance including but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third party software integrations. *Skill Required* *Desired Amount of Experience* *EXP - No.of years * ServiceNow Administration Required 3 Years Web Technology development (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) Required 3 Years Working knowledge of relational databases Required 3 Years Testing (unit, integrated) Required 3 Years Content Management System development experience Required 3 Years Knowledge of directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs Required 3 Years Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3) Desired Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies Desired Understanding of enterprise IT architecture Desired Single Sign-on using Digested Token, SAML 1.1, and SAML 2.0.
