*JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES (Duties & Responsibilities) * This job is responsible for the performance of the following duties and responsibilities: *Primary:* *Responsibilities include:* • Manages Siebel development and production environment and modify business objects, applets, views, screens, and adapt business components, fields, joins, links, business component user properties, drilldowns, and visibility configuration using Siebel Tools. – Hands on configuration of the business services and workflows. • Manages Siebel configuration, business services, eScript, Assignment Manger, Workflow Manager, Smart Scripts, and server administration • Maintains Siebel database objects like tables, columns, relationships, extension tables and extension columns • Facilitate debugging the code and the business flow, and unit testing the configuration • Manages Siebel CRM Application, FIT enhancements including detailed design, configuration, documentation, collaborate with Business System Analyst in the test plan creation and deployments. *QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS* The following minimum qualifications are required in order for an individual to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job: *Education, Experience and Certifications: * • BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience • 2-5 years experience in Siebel CRM, Siebel 8 experience plus • Experience with integration techniques to pass data in/out of Siebel, EAI, VBC, MQ, HTTP • Knowledge of Siebel environments, hardware configuration, architecture and security administration plus • Experience working with Data Modelers or Data Warehouse Architect, and DBA to do data mapping to accommodate data structure changes. • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization • Experience with large CRM project a plus, working with project managers, ability to manager expectations, project priorities, mitigate risk to business and provide recommendations to management. *Thanks and Regards* *Ranadheer * *Sr IT Recruiter* *Email: ranadhe...@usmsystems.com * *Ph: 703-349-3698 * *Fax: 703-995-0830 * *14175 Sullyfield Circle, Suite # 400,Chantilly, VA 20151, U.S.A* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
