The candidate needs to possess 8-10 years of experience as a DB2 DBA. He/she will be responsible for backups, tuning, performance issues, and other admin roles. This person must have experience with UNIX AIX, Host, and Wintel. They are looking for someone with most experience on the systems side, rather than applications.
