Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst Location: McLean, VA Length: 1 Year+ This resource will primarily support 2 applications (Credit Review and CARS): The Credit Review Enterprise application is currently being built on the Force.com platform to manage the Commercial and Retail Credit Review processes. The initial focus in on the Retail Credit Review processes which are defined as front end GUI forms and approval processes build in Visual Force pages to support the Annual Planning, Business Risk Profile, Reviews, Model Testing and Change Control processes. The CARS (Crowe Activity Review System) is a COTS workflow engine which was developed and helps PLR manage the MI Rescission and Investor Demand requests. It prompts the users to follows certain questions or steps at each stage of the process so that there is consistency applied to each case. Requirements definition and traceability, 5+ years Financial Services experience, 3+ years’ Experience BSA experience (Data and Systems analysis) Served as lead BSA on multiple project lifecycles; Significant experience in industry (3+ years) QA and testing phase experience 5+ years of project experience in the quality assurance and testing phases or projects Financial Institution Experience Significant experience (2+ yrs) as BSA within Deep knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures; Force.com experience a plus Skills in object, data, and / or process modeling, business process design (5yrs.+) Lean/Agile development experience (3+ yrs) QA experience preferred Excellent strategic application of experience; Demonstrated experience grooming stories and leading requirements, data and systems analysis 3+ years’ experience with COTS implementations Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members); Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals Responsibilities: Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/systems problems and owns the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution. Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate standard formats via print and online mediums. Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas. BSAs involved in agile projects will be expected to have responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
