*Location: Herndon, VA*
*Duration: **6 months+***
*Description:*
TIBCO Java Developer Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
1. Lead the effort in analysis, design, development, integration,
deployment and implementation of interfaces using TIBCO Business works
2. Perform Unit testing/Validation tasks related to the Projects
3. Analysis and Design of source-target mappings
4. Provide L3 Development Support for Projects and Production
incidents
5. Identify areas of improvements and fine tune
6. Maintain and enhance documentation
7. Guide other development team members in design, development, unit
testing and other support activities
*Skill set Qualifications/Requirements: *
1. Minimum of Bachelor's degree ( Master's Preferred )
2. 3-5 years strong hands on experience in TIBCO Business works
3. 3+ years hands on experience with ETL-Ab Inito, RDBMS-Oracle
4. Strong knowledge in Data Warehousing methodologies
5. Strong hands on experience with UNIX
6. Strong Knowledge of different design methodologies (like SOA,
Event Driven, Pub/sub etc.,)
7. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
8. Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and
organizations skills
9. Very good team player
Knowledge of MISMO standards (preferred)
