EXCELLENT communication! and interpersonal skills. Extensive experience with understanding business requirements and translate them to technical requirements. Should have worked on Enterprise TIBCO SOA (service oriented architecture)/BPM (business process management) design and architecture. Awareness of Java, other messaging or middleware tools. Experience in financial industry with SDLC implementation including Design, Development, Deployment, Testing and Maintenance. Experience working with high volume and consumer facing applications. Onsite/Offshore support model experience *PLUSSES:* Extensive experience with Tibco (EMS, Business Works, iprocess) ** *Role:* This person will be joining a team of 13 developers/analysts to assist with Consumer Facing applications. The is the Client Data group of Merrill and the applications are used for account opening. There is a high volume online version app used by Financial Advisors and associates as well as the user interface apps used by both both internal and external consumers. The Technical Analyst will be working with the System Analyst and Business Analysts in understanding the functional requirements and then creating the high level designs/ architecture and flow diagrams using tools such as MS Visio. They do want someone with a development background because there will be some hands on coding needed in the Tibco environment.
