As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining some of our most critical code, in addition to being the technical lead for 5-10 developers. Our team environment is critical to our success, so you’ll be expected to work effectively in a team environment, exchanging ideas, building consensus and mentoring others where needed. The individual should have working knowledge of all phases of the product life cycle, including engineering specifications, customer requirements gathering, software design and development, testing - including unit, functional, systems and integration. You will be expected to know how different systems interact, including potential problems and difficulties that may occur; and demonstrate ability to understand and document internal and external processes and work flows.We’ll expect you to be resourceful and innovative, with the ability to quickly and creatively develop solutions to complex business problems, while also providing direction and leadership for your team. *EDUCATION*: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. *EXPERIENCE*: Minimum 6 years related experience; prior lead/supervisory experience preferred. Advanced computer software skills.
