Previous public sector experience is a must. Required skill sets: 1. 10+ years of experience in developing enterprise architecture. 2. 10+ years experience in the field of enterprise database design. 3. 10+ years experience in the field of application development. 4. 10+ years experience in the field of system development methodology. 5. Knowledge and experience with OCIO IT policies and procedures 6. Knowledge of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) standards. 7. 10+ years experience with Oracle database V9.X, 10.g and 11g. 8. Knowledge of the State Administrative Manual (SAM) Chapter 4800. 9. Expert knowledge of the State Information Management Manual (SIMM) Sections 10 through 90. 10. 10+ years experience as a project lead for major IT projects. 11. Superior oral and written communication skills. 12. Ability to work well with others. 13. Facilitator experience related to database management and System Development Lifetime Cycle (SDLC). 14. Instructor/trainer experience related to DBMS and Oracle.
