*Job Summary*
Looking for an Identity Manager Solutions architect, responsible for the
design and development of complex solutions utilizing Identity Governance
Suite. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into
software design specifications using standard design methodologies. Design,
develop, test and document system components, including Roles,
Provisioning/Reconciliation, Access Policies, Connectors, Workflows and
Custom Interfaces. Under minimal direction, responsible for implementation
or installation, maintenance and administration of infrastructures
including complex hardware, software and configurations. Ensures overall
system performance and ensures corrective measures are put into place on
failed components. Acts as the subject matter expert.
*Job Responsibilities*
• Hands-on lead software developer on the Identity Manager
platform with a focus on implementing User Access Administration and Access
Control techniques
• Design, implement, configure, troubleshoot and tune Celgene
Identity Manager tool
• Ensures requirements and deliverables are clearly documented
and defined making sure project, business and technical requirements are
completed in a timely manner
• Oversees staff to assure that supported products and services
are monitored and proactively managed to assure performance, availability,
security, and capacity
• Reviews complex problems and serves as an escalation point
representing supported technologies, products and services to other IT
groups
• Analyzes and estimates feasibility, costs, time, and work
effort needed to design and implement complex technical solutions
• Must have ability to work on defect resolution, bug fixing and
enhancements as directed by the business sponsors
• Ensure that code is properly maintained, secured and managed
• Performs or leads systems analysis working with technology
architects and Engineering to research technology options and proposing
solutions consistent with strategy and architecture principles
• Works collaboratively with and provides guidance to areas of IT
and to ensure the most effective results, utilizing best solutions for the
situation
• Identifies cross-team issues, and communicate them to the
appropriate leads
• Coaches, mentors, guides, and provides oversight to engineers
• Understands the business organizational structure and culture
to best attain objects and results
*Qualifications Required:*
• At least 4-6 years of experience deploying, developing and
supporting Identity Manager and its connector framework.
• At least 4-6 years of experience managing and maintaining
Identity & Access Management Systems.
• At least 5-7 years of experience managing and maintaining
Directory Services and LDAP
*Professional Skills:*
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a
problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal
skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to organize and execute assigned tasks with moderate
supervision, experience in directing tasks for other team members is also
expected
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management
skills
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
and working independently
