Client is looking for a *Oracle Functional Consultant** *with *expertise *in the *Finance module* specifically with *AP and Foreign Exchange (FX) *within their IT department. The request described below is for a *seasoned Oracle Functional Analyst*, with the required skills described below. Location: Federal Way, WA Duration: 6 months + Rate: Open ** *Mandatory Required Skills:* *Oracle e-Business Suite Functional Analyst with expertise in 11.5.10 Financials* to play a *key role functional design , configuration and implementation of :** ** *AP foreign currency including GL interfaces/processes ** *** AP electronic payment process. . ** *** A minimum of six years experience working with Oracle Financials with four plus years focused on extending and supporting Oracle Financials, specific experience with the following applications: * *GL and AP including Cash Management. ** *** Experience with low-level ad-hoc query tools (Toad) and a working knowledge SQL queries.** *** Technical knowledge of Oracle tables and interfaces (in particular AP and GL).** *** Treasury management using Trellis / SWIFT or other related tools/applications. * Project Description: Core activities will include gathering and defining requirements, configuration of standard applications, gap analysis, functional design of application extensions, training, and testing. * Interacts with business customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements. * Performs gap analysis to determine required AP configuration including AP Invoice/payment approval processes and any development changes. * Creates business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documents. * Works with the business and development team to design and implement system modifications. * Works with business customers, developers and Oracle Support to research, document and resolve Oracle system issues.
