City: Dallas , TX Primary Skills : Redwood Scheduling Admin Required: v Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skill. v Fluent in English speaking and writing. v Master's Degree in relevant discipline (Information Systems, Computer Science, etc). v Strong analysis and problem solving skills. v Proven track record of being self motivated with a desire to learn, proactive. v Strong documentation skills. v 6 - 8 year experience working on Redwood Batch Scheduling technologies on large enterprises. v Team handling exp must. v Should have experience supporting “Utility Business”, including billing, invoicing, dunning, customer service etc. v ISU / CRM System exposure preferred v Experience with managing, maintaining and modifying Job chain and Job Definitions v Experience with managing Time Windows and Submit Frame v Managing Job Restart and different categories v Configuring different types of Alerts (Email/SNMP etc.) v Experience with managing Event Dependent job scheduling v Redwood Transports (from Dev to Prod) v Importing Jobs from SAP to Redwood (CCMS Jobs) v Experience with scheduling jobs in Parallel and Sequential manner v Must have experience with Holding/Releasing jobs at definition/Chain Level v Must have experience with Month-end close process v Must be willing to learn other scheduling technologies (for example CA Workload Automation) v Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with team members and customers in other countries (US, India) v Must have very good reporting and task automation skills v Willing to work in US timings. v Good interpersonal skills.
