*Urgent Req – “SAP SM (Service Management) Functional Analyst” in Rockport MA for 6+ Months* *Job Description: * The right candidate will be the user’s primary contact person for SAP Service Management enhancements, issues and questions. Will perform assigned SAP configuration enhancements, issue resolution, and system direction for overall user satisfaction. This position assumes shared IT ownership for select SAP modules and business functional areas/processes and will be responsible for ensuring that user’s needs are met and that integration issues with other modules are resolved.
