Project Manager
Location : Boca Raton,
Florida
Est. duration of the 1st stage: 12 months.
Onsite: On location at the Client's site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or
remote work.

Description: Our Client, a leading electronic security services company in the
U.S, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, execute, report about status and stability of project
oriented work efforts pertaining to application interfaces migration to a new
Data Center;
• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for
the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget,
adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations;
• Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring
work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality
review, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately;
• Assure relevant risks are properly identified with mitigation plans;
• Track key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or key resources
to meet the needs of the customers;
• Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the
scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed;
• Assist Program Manager(s) in partnering with senior management of the
business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to
achieve the goals of the enterprise;
• Responsible for overall financial, scope, and critical path management for
assigned projects;
• Manage the financial, time and resource aspects of project against a set
budget and project plan;
• Serve as liaison between team members and functional area management
requesting projects from the business;
• Engage in identifying and validating the recommended solution for the
specific initiatives.
Requirements:
• Experience in IT Project Management (8-10 years);
• Experience with enterprise integration application (EAI) architecture;
• Experience with Web Services, Microsoft .NET, Managed File Transfer Services
(MFTS) and MQ Broker;
• Experience with User Support environment and infrastructure project planning
and execution;
• Experience with project development lifecycle and product launch planning;
• Experience with Business Systems Software Solution (in house, COTS)
development and implementation;
• Experience with Agile / Scrum (preferred);
• PMP certification (preferred).
