Support design and implementation of OIM connectors, workflows, user interface, and SPML integration with legacy provisioning system. Integrate and QA code developed by offshore professional services team. Production support of operational system. A minimum of 5 years of Java/J2EE development experience. Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Computer Science discipline. Core skills: Java/J2EE technologies, JavaScript, XML, Struts. Experience working with relational databases - one or more of Oracle, MySQL, DB2, MS SQL. Demonstrated experience in mission critical application development in Java/J2EE with WebLogic. Experience developing custom connectors for integration with automated provisioning tools from Oracle, Sun, Novell or CA. Experience developing complex user interfaces would be an advantage. Experience with the Oracle Application Development Framework (Oracle ADF) would be an advantage. Experience in the design and implementation of SOA-based architectures and solutions would be an advantage. Experience with the Oracle SOA suite (particularly the BPEL component) would be an advantage. Experience with access management related standards such as SPML, SAML, XACML, and WS-Security would be an advantage. A broad knowledge of information security principles and practices would be an advantage.
