The Technical Lead is responsible for the completion of all technical impact analysis and documentation in compliance with Company Standards, Policies and Methodologies. The best candidate for the role will have an enterprise IT strategy background and perspective, digital branding experience, and be very familiar with the software development practice and methodologies. Specifically, experience in IT architecture planning, hosting and IT application planning, and software development is desired.** * * *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* *7-10 years experience in Information Technology including: * *Java-based web applications development. * *Application architecture* (modeling and software design). *RDBMS* development and management using Oracle 10g and mySQL. Software release management and *source control experience.* Product management or significant project delivery experience. Demonstrated experience/knowledge in application development and related technologies (object-oriented analysis/development, web application architecture, open systems infrastructure architecture/management, release management). Demonstrated experience/knowledge in the integration of application and infrastructure architecture. Ability to manage multiple technical issues in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Proven written and oral communications and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience in managing and working with external vendors.
